Main Road leading to Coloso valley flooded due to the waters of the Culebrinas river. USGS river gage at River Culebrinas Highway 404 near Moca indicated the river level rose to 25.69 feet.

Wider weather episode

A tropical wave moving across the local area, brought numerous showers and thunderstorms which led to very heavy rainfall across Puerto Rico.
