Small stream Quebrada Machuchal was reported out of its banks in the municipality of Sabana Grande.

A tropical wave moving across the local area, brought numerous showers and thunderstorms which led to very heavy rainfall across Puerto Rico.

Began near Sabana Grande (18.0800, -66.9300).
