Four dozen trees were destroyed. A roof was torn off the Rock Harbor Golf Course and one person was injured.

A hot and humid air mass in place caused high amounts of instability on the 22nd. A stationary boundary triggered showers and thunderstorms. The high amounts of instability caused thunderstorms to produce damaging winds.
