Heavy snow fell in portions of southwest Wyoming as a low pressure system moved out of the Great Basin across Utah and northern Colorado. Up to nine inches of snow fell in Sweetwater County. Also affected were the upslope favored areas of central Wyoming including much of Fremont and Natrona counties. Over a foot of snow fell on the Wind River Range and Casper Mountain, while lower elevations saw six to ten inches of snow.
