Flash flooding occurred in Wards Canyon in Clifton. 2 feet of mud and rock was mucked out from under the Wards Canyon bridge. In addition, two vehicles were stuck in soapbox wash.

Daytime heating in combination with a moist flow caused thunderstorms to develop across Southeast Arizona.
