SKYWARN spotter reported golfball size hail partially covering the ground.

Several severe thunderstorms developed over the CSRA producing large hail and wind damage. Hail sizes were mostly quarter to golfball size. The Insurance News Service reported 1 to 2 million dollars in claims.
