A thunderstorm produced a waterspout to the west of Artificial Island (Salem County) in Upper Delaware Bay.

Wider weather episode

A slowly southward moving cold front was close enough to still trigger thunderstorms over the southern marine waters on the afternoon of the 19th and one produced a waterspout on the Upper Delaware Bay.
