Event narrative

Trees and large branches down along State Highway 47 west of Keshena and in Keshena.

Wider weather episode

A strong cold front initiated a line of thunderstorms in an area of moist and unstable air. The storms produced high winds as they moved east across Wisconsin, downing trees and power lines at numerous locations. The storms knocked out power to 4,700 customers in the Crivitz (Marinette Co.) and Wausaukee (Marinette Co.) areas.
