A trained spotter located in Greenleaf Idaho reported visibilities of 30 to 50 yards in dense fog along highway 19 in Canyon County.

Wider weather episode

Calm winds and clear skies allowed very dense radational fog to form in portions of the lower Treasure Valley. Most visibilities were around 1.0 miles, but some reports of visibilities as low as 30 yards caused dangerous driving conditions.
