Heavy rain caused the Pudding River at Aurora to overflow its banks and flood low lying areas. The Pudding River crested at 23.6 feet on January 22th at 10 pm PST, 1.6 feet above flood stage.

A strong warm front lifted north across the region accompanied by heavy rain on Sunday. Widespread heavy rain continued to impact the Pacific Northwest Monday and Monday night as the strong and very moist front stalled over the area.
