A person was swept away by high waves while standing on a rock.

A Deep area of low pressure located over the North Central Atlantic generated very large swells that arrived into the Atlantic Coastlines of Puerto Rico and the U.S Virgin Islands. These swells generated very large breaking waves action which resulted in significant water level rises producing coastal flooding along the north coast of Puerto Rico.
