The IMET at the Douglas Fire Complex reported 1.28 inches of rain in 28 minutes at the fire camp with 6-12 inches of standing water at the incident command post. A spotter at Azalea reported 1.30 inches of rain in 1 hour, 0.45 inches in 15 minutes with 1/4 inch hail.
