A line of severe thunderstorms moving from southwest to northeast across southwest Elko county created a duststorm which reduced visibilities to 1/4 mile or less in Elko and the surrounding area.

Wider weather episode

A line of severe thunderstorms with wind gusts up to 62 mph created a duststorm that reduced visibilities to 1/4 mile or less from around Elko to near Beowawe.
