The Bleckley County Emergency Manager reported a couple of trees down in Cochran.

Moist southerly flow continued at the surface, with a strong ridge to the east and an area of low pressure over the center of the country. Several showers and thunderstorms developed across the state, but instability was a little higher across central Georgia, and a couple of storms became strong with gusty winds.
