Several utility poles were toppled by wind gusts estimated at 60 mph. A dumpster was also blown across a parking lot.

Isolated severe thunderstorms developed across portions of Downeast Maine during the afternoon hours of the 20th in advance of a cold front. The storms produced damaging winds.
