Flooding in low lying were reported along road PR-114.

A Tropical Wave combined with dayitme heating and local effects to produced scattered to numerous showers with thunderstorms over the North Central section of Puerto Rico. The most affected municipalities were Arecibo, Manati and Hatillo.
