Large tree uprooted and many smaller trees snapped.

Wider weather episode

A couple clusters of thunderstorms moved from southwest to northeast across southern Wisconsin during the late afternoon and evening hours as a cold front approached from Minnesota and Iowa. Severe thunderstorm wind damage occurred with only one severe hail report.
