Spotter reported heavy rainfall ranging from 0.75 to 1.50 inches. Flash flooding occurred near Grandview on Highway 78 and some homes near Grandview experienced flooding.

An expansive upper low situated across Eastern Nevada fed moisture northward into Idaho where intense convection spurred flash flooding across the area.
