KPTV-KPDX Broadcasting reported that heavy rain resulted in flooding and damage to the Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center and several businesses in Northwest Portland. Besides damage to the hospital's emergency and operating room, some elective surgeries were cancelled.

Heavy rain resulted in flooding of the the Wilson River near Tillamook as well as urban flooding in the Portland metro area.
