USFS NWAC station at Stevens Pass measured 16 inches snow in 12 hours ending 1 am Nov 16, and 23 inch storm total.

Wider weather episode

A strong Pacific frontal system brought heavy snow to Mt Baker and Stevens Pass with the snow level around 3000 ft.
