Event narrative

After several inches of snow fell across the area roads remained snow packed and icy. A vehicle slid off an icy curve and slammed head-on into a snow plow treating and clearing roads from the earlier snow fall. Two occupants of the vehicle were injured in the incident, and a young boy was killed.
