A strong low produced strong wind and snow resulting in blizzard conditions along the Alaska Peninsula. This storm also produce dangerously low wind chills to around 40 below zero in the Kuskokwim Delta and the lower Kuskokwim Valley and near blizzard conditions in the Pribilof Islands.
