Event narrative

A fatality accident occurred due to icy roads after a winter storm moved through the area. Two vehicles were parked beside a road of an exit ramp off I-35, with people standing between the cars. An 18-wheeler was exiting the interstate and struck the back of one of the vehicles. One of the people between the cars was caught between the cars and killed.
