There were not many reports in this area, but 4 inches of snow in nearby Parkdale, OR and 9 inches in BZ Corner, OR provide an estimate of 4 to 6 inches of snow. There were also early reports of 1 to 2 inches of snow in the Gorge as the event began. There were intermittent closures on Highway 84 due to snow and icy roads.

Wider weather episode

A frontal system brought snow and ice to Southwest Washington February 7th and 8th after a previous storm produced widespread heavy snow across the area on February 6th.
