Power lines were blown down and there was damage to a garage roof in Riverdale.

The wider storm

Severe thunderstorms with damaging wind gusts developed near a warm front during the mid afternoon hours of April 12th and continued through the late afternoon and evening hours. There were numerous reports of straight line wind damage with wind gusts of up to 75 to 85 mph. Hail as large as the size of quarters was also reported.

Began near Alma (43.3800, -84.6600).
