Wider weather episode

A 20-month old Fairhope child died of heat exposure. The mother of the child woke up and couldn't find the child. She looked for him for several minutes, finally finding him inside of the family car, parked in their front yard. The child had evidently found his way inside the automobile and when the door shut he couldn't get out. The temperatures in the area were in the middle to upper 80s with the temperature inside of the car much higher. The mother performed CPR until the paramedics arrived but they were unable to revive the child.
