Event narrative

Heavy thunderstorms rains including 4.16 inches at Siloam Springs and 3.03 inches at Highfill caused widespread flooding across Benton county. The hardest hit places were Centerton and Siloam Springs where 21 and 18 homes were flooded respectively. A few homes were also flooded in Rogers and a few businesses were flooded in Decatur. The flooding also caused nearly $400,000 in damage to roads and bridges across the county.
