In the City of Orange, a large tree was blown across a street. In San Bernardino County, strong winds knocked power lines together. The resulting sparks quickly grew into wild fires. In Colton, blowing sand covered Interstate 215. In Riverside County, two semi-tractor trailers were overturned at the intersection of Interstate 15 and State Highway 60.
