Reported winds gusting to 65 mph started along the coast during the afternoon, and moved inland during the night. There were several roofs damaged or blown off in the Ocean Shores area, as well as in other parts of western WA. About 125,000 customers lost power and there about a dozen reports of trees falling on houses. All of Whidbey Island lost power. Ferry service in the north sound was disrupted.
