A warm front moved across the northern panhandle, bringing heavy snow to many locations along and north of Interstate 90. Freezing rain prevailed during the day in the corridor just south of I-90. Snowfall amounts of 3-5" were common in the valleys with totals about twice that in the mountains. Specific snowfall amounts include: Lookout Pass ski area...10", Cabinet Gorge Dam...5", Porthill...5", and Coeur D'Alene...3-5".
