A storm system moved through the upper Great Lakes region Monday, November 20th and into Canada. The associated cold front moved across northern New York and Vermont Tuesday morning, the 21st of November. Lake effect snows across southern portions of St Lawrence county resulted in 5 to 10 inches of snowfall. A few reports were as follows: 9 inches in Oswegatchie, 7 inches in Canton and Edwards, 6 inches in Gouverneur and 5 inches in Wanakena. Lighter amounts fell across northern portions of St Lawrence county.
