High winds blew over much of southeastern Wyoming, with gusts as high as 70 mph reported atCamp Creek, north of Rawlins, WY. Other wind gusts included 62 mph just south of Chugwater,WY, 60 mph at Arlington, 55 mph at Cheyenne, and 54 mph at Laramie, Rawlins and Torrington, WY.
