A storm system moved through the upper Great Lakes region Monday, November 20th and into Canada. The associated cold front moved across northern New York and Vermont Tuesday morning, the 21st of November. Light snow associated with this storm system was enhanced by moisture from the Great Lakes. Generally between 2 and 4 inches of snow fell. A few reports included: 4 inches in Tupper Lake NY (Franklin county) and 3 inches in Malone (Franklin county).
