A winter storm brought strong winds to Clark County and the Southwest Washington coast. Vancouver reported gusts to 63 mph and La Center gusts to 52 mph. Ocean Park reported gusts to 60 mph. Damage from this storm included toppled trees, and widespread power lines down and associated power outages.
