The Stewart County 911 Center reported that a couple of trees were blown down.

Wider weather episode

Another in a series of shortwaves moved across the area on the 6th. Plentiful moisture was in place and with a weak surface boundary sliding south across the area, another round of widespread showers and thunderstorms was able to develop. Several of these became severe with damaging wind gusts reported.
