Heavy snow occurred over northeast Colorado as a combination of upslope and convective snowfall bands developed over the area. Storm totals included: 12 inches, 8 miles northwest of Last Chance, 11 inches at Fairplay, 10 inches at Genesee and 10 miles north of Otis, 9 inches, 4 miles east of Shamrock, 8 inches at Elizabeth, Lake George, 4 miles south of Lindon, Lookout Mountain, 8 miles south of Sedalia and Strasburg, 7 inches, 4 miles west of Castle Rock and 8 miles northwest of Evergreen, with 6 inches at Aurora, Crow Hill, 8 miles west of Evergreen and Parker. Elsewhere, storm totals ranged anywhere from 2 to 5 inches.
