Road PR-983 and PR-988 were reported flooded and impassable.

The combination of an old frontal boundary with an upper level trough produced numerous showers with thunderstorms over Puerto Rico during the period of May 8 to May 10, 2014. Heavy rainfall produced flash flooding over the San Juan Metropolitan area as well over the Eastern Section Of Puerto Rico.
