A 51-year-old woman from South Berwick was killed when snow and ice slid off the high-pitched roof of her 2-story home and completely buried her. At the time, she was apparently shoveling snow off the outside deck when the snow and ice slid off the roof and fell 20 to 25 feet to the deck.
