Event narrative

A strong late-season winter storm brought heavy snow to much of south central and southeast Wyoming, with blizzard conditions in the Rawlins, WY area. Snowfall from6 to 12 inches was common from Rawlins to Cheyenne with winds gusting in excess of40 mph.
