A platform in West Cameron Block 165 reported a waterspout with a thunderstorm just south of the rig.

Wider weather episode

Numerous showers and thunderstorms were over South Louisiana and Southeast Texas and the adjacent coastal waters during the last week of June. Some produced high wind gusts over the local waters.
