Nickel sized hail was observed on the west side of Kemmerer near US Highway 30.

Wider weather episode

Thunderstorms developed over southwest Wyoming and tracked northeast across Lincoln County and adjacent areas. While most storms produced heavy rain, one storm managed to produce nickel sized hail near Kemmerer.
