Event narrative

Strong and gusty winds blew over much of southeast Wyoming, especiallyover and near the mountains. Winds gusted to 70 mph at Arlington and north of Cheyenne, with gusts to 63 mph recorded in Cheyenne and Rawlins, WY. Some monor damage was reported at a large distribution center underconstruction in Cheyenne.
