The wider storm
A strong cold front passed across Lake Huron late in the afternoon of the 9th. A line of showers (not producing lightning) developed along this cold front. Wind speeds in excess of 50 knots accompanied these showers across Lake Huron.
Began near Saginaw River Mouth (43.6167, -83.8333).
