Four to five large Cottonwood trees were downed.

Wider weather episode

A strong upper level disturbance moved across Southeast Montana during the late afternoon and early evening hours of the 22nd. Strong vertical shear along with moderate buoyancy resulted in severe thunderstorms, a few of which were supercells, across portions of the Billings Forecast area.
