A line of thunderstorms that moved across central Lake Michigan produced a measured wind gust to 36 knots in Manistee, and a gust to 36 knots was also recorded at the Muskegon Great Lakes Environmental Research Laboratory site. Wind gusts to 35 knots were measured at Ludington and at the Muskegon airport.
