A strong low pressure system moved through the eastern Great Lakes and into southern Canada Thursday morning, November 13th. Strong winds preceded and followed the passage of the storm system. In St Lawrence county, trees were uprooted in Potsdam (estimated wind gust 60 mph) with some structural damage. Massena reported winds around 50 mph. Power outages were reported throughout the county.
