Event narrative

The Klickitat River near Pitt, with a flood stage of 9.0 feet, began flooding at 1:45 PM on January 31st. The river peaked at 10.8 feet at 3:00 AM on February 1st, and receded to below flood stage at 3:15 AM on February 2nd. There were no reports of damage associated with this flood.
