The Yakima River near Parker, with a flood stage of 10.0 feet, began flooding at 10:15 PM on January 31st. The river peaked at 10.8 feet at 7:45 AM on February 1st, and receded to below flood stage at 9:00 PM on February 1st. Minor flooding of orchards and fields occurred near the river.
