High winds blew across parts of south central and southeast Wyoming, with sustained windsof 35 to 45 mph common. Gusts as high as 69 mph were recorded just south of Wheatland,WY, with gusts of 68 mph recorded at Cheyenne, WY, and 58 mph at Rawlins, WY.
