The wider storm

A Special Marine Warning was issued for marine zone PZZ356 effective at the above times. This was issued for sustained gale force winds in the zone that were not associated with convection. Therefore, this warning was issued in error. The peak sustained wind just before the warning was issued was 37 KT at the Point St. George buoy, but the peak sustained wind during the warning period was 34 KT.
